Psychodiagnostic Use

Graphology represents an important psychological instrument with which one can access the knowledge of the fundamentals of the individual psyche, seen in its two principal aspects of intelligence and sentiment. In this sense it is essentially a psychodiagnostic, not a therapeutic, tool.

However, the possibility of directly accessing the core of the human personality can be therapeutic in itself when the “seeing” of a structure from an external point of view leads to understanding and therefore creates the bases for a reconciliation with ourselves and others.

Graphology, as a knowledge tool, is infinitely adaptable and is able to bring a variety of psychological problems, whether of the individual or relationships, into focus. The possibilities for application presented in this section are aimed at highlighting the potentialities implicit in the Morettian graphological method.
